Part 2 – Statement:
The following is a statement of the accused Rinco.
-Rinco: I was employed in the army of republic of Yugoslavia as a Captain. I have been in Kosovo, after the peace agreements have been signed.

I came back to Serbia, after my coming back, my cousin Zoran came to visit me, he stayed with me for 20 days and all this time we were together. On the night of the 18th of July 1999 at 23:30 my cousin Zoran and I went to Spisco the village where Zoran lives.

We were supposed to have a rest there, than I d continue driving to the village where my father lives, I haven’t seen my family for three years, when we arrived at my cousins village he bought 2 litres of wine and 2 litres of minor vodka, we came to his house and waited for his girlfriend to come back from work, she came soon and I met her and she told me her name was Gondana.

Since we were tired of traveling we went to bed, when we woke up it was 12:30 and after that Gondana prepared something to eat, we drank some wine and water then another guy came I didn’t know him, we drank more wine and I started singing Zoran liked listening to me. We were having a good time Zoran took out a rifle and shot a few bullets just for fun, a few minutes later Gondana brought another bottle of wine and we drank more and the other guy gave me a magazine, I loaded the weapon and started shooting toward the sky, I kept the weapon on my right hand but somehow I lost control of it and it started falling down, I noticed Zoran fell down and I didn’t realized what was going on, so I thought he was joking with me, I went to let him up and I saw blood on the ground.

He was laying on his stomach with his head on the ground, as I saw what I did I put Zoran down and wanted to get the gun and kill myself but Gondana stopped me.

I started banging my head against the wall, I can’t remember what happened exactly after that. Because I lost cousins twice all I know that 2 police men came and took me to the police station. This is all I can recall regarding this incident.

The statement was read to me loud and clear and I signed it.

UN PEACEKEEPERS REINFORCING PRESENCE IN SOUTH SUDAN AMID CONTINUED FIGHTING
4 January 2014 – The security situation in South Sudan remains “fluid”, the United Nations peacekeeping mission in the country today said, confirming that it is sending reinforcements to areas affected by the current fighting between pro- and anti-Government troops, particularly Bor, Malakal, Bentiu and Juba.

“This is critical to enable the Mission to deliver on its mandate to protect civilians,” UNMISS said. It specified that thousands of additional police, military, logistics support and selected civilian staff are being relocated to the affected areas, per the Security Council's authorization.

Three weeks of violence in the world's newest country have claimed thousands of lives and forced about 200,000 people from their homes, many seeking refuge inside UN bases.

UNMISS said that two stand-by police components known as Formed Police Units have been deployed to strengthen security and order for civilians on UN compounds. A medical team from the UN Mission in Cote d'Ivoire (UNOCI) arrived yesterday in Juba to bolster support at the UN Juba bases. Logistical support for air operations is being provided by the UN Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, MONUSCO.

More aircraft are arriving this week to assist with transport of essential supplies to troops and civilians, the Mission confirmed. They will be followed by additional police from Nepal, and later also troop reinforcements.

The UN's humanitarian wing has significantly reinforced its ability in Juba and other key areas of the country, such as the Lakes State county of Awerial where up to 76,000 people have gathered, in order to meet the needs of civilians.

According to the Mission, close to $100 million have been raised in the past 72 hours to bring in additional supplies and staff to respond to the evolving situation.

Humanitarian partners in the country had issued a $166 million plan to assist some 628,000 people over the next three months. It includes provision of protection, water, food, shelter and healthcare. It also aims to help those that have left Sudan and sought refuge in South Sudan's Unity and Upper Nile states.

UN officials have repeatedly called for a cessation of violence and a political solution to the conflict, including accountability for grave human rights violations.

Representatives of President Salve Kiir and the feuding former deputy president Riek Machar are meeting in the Ethiopian capital of Addis Ababa, in talks mediated by the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD).

In a New Year's message to the people of South Sudan, UNMISS chief Hilde Johnson voiced support for the talks and summarized the agenda: an immediate cessation of hostilities, the release of all political detainees, political dialogue and humanitarian access.

NEW PEACEKEEPING SAAT EXAM 2014

NEW PEACEKEEPING SAAT EXAM 2014

Many police officers all over the world asking me about the new pattern of upcoming SAAT test. I want to clarify this matter to the all officers that the new SAAT test will be slightly different from previous test. Nothing to worry for it. You just take preparation with the old materials which will help you to pass the new SAAT test. Please don't be over puzzled about new SAAT test. It will not beyond your thinking. You will be able to touch it and many of you will be the winner.
Now I am asking you some questions:-

1. Are you swift in reading English and capable to understand it quickly?

2. Are familiar with the words which are accident related, crime related or new types of incident related?

3. Are capable to write a story basis on any theme?

4. Are you capable to take short notes hearing any audio script?

5. Are you capable to understand the different accent of English language audio all over the world?

6. Are you able to write legible writing?

7. Are you proficient to summarize a comprehension?

9. Do you understand the key points of any incident?

If the answers are "YES" why are you worried my friends? Victory is knocking on your door. You just pass time on such types of activities per day one or two hour then you will be the winner. There is no significant difference in old materials and new materials. Rather new pattern of SAAT test will be the easier than the past test. Because you have the opportunity to realize the incident before the report writing. Moreover previous one of the segment is omitted here. You have to take preparation just for two segments-one is reading comprehension and another is report writing basis on listening. Before that, You have to be just calm and steady. Now I am sure that you could understand me and please give up all types of bad thinking from your mind. Wish your good luck.
