Can somebody explain last three columns to me please ?
ReplyDeletewhat is the purpose of these columns (Command,Operations and capacity Building)? In front of the names of candidates some columns are left empty and some are marked with cross, what is its purpose?
1.If there is ☑️ in Command Column it means you will be able to perform duty in mission where you can command on different IPO's , if there is cross❎ in Command Column it means you can not be a commander in missions.
Delete2- if there is ☑️ is operations column it means you can be deployed in areas where armed missions are going on means you are weapons qualified and are good at weapons handling and firing,
DeleteIt if there is ❎ in operations column it means you are not good at firing and Weapons handling and you will not be deployed on armed missions and where operations are going on.
