UNCIVPOL CANDIDATE SELECTION AUDIO TAPE TEST # 01,
ASSAULTED BY LOCAL POLICE

You will hear an audio script. This script will be followed by a conversation between two persons. This conversation will relate to the script, you will hear the tape only once. You will make notes of the script and of the conversation and from these notes you will have been instructed either to answer questions or complete a written report of the incident. 
(Here we are only provided notes, remaining will be written by yourself)

The Notes: -

Ø  19th of March 2002 at about 09:45 hors.

Ø  A Local woman Namisa Match 45 years old in Solon she Doblan st GR 245 445 birth in 18th of July 1971.

Ø  She came to IPDF none grad station Sarayefo.

Ø  She was assaulted by local police.

Ø  Duty officer Kresteen Sandy CP 3416647 received her.

Ø  She was walking home at 18th of Mar 2002 18:00 hrs when she was stopped by the local police about 50m east of the Makates super market GR 239 450.

Ø  The local police told her she might identified by Almay Sada birth 23rd of Mar 1965 residing next to the mosque of stolen 1000 us$ from her house a week ago.

Ø  The complainant Namisa denied the offence.

Ø  One of the local police began to hit her by the stick on her head.

Ø  The other one attacked her on her face and she felled on the ground but they continued to kick her in her head and her back and she was bleeding from her mouth.

Ø  She had lots of injuries in her body.

Ø  The above mission police office took her to the local police station by the police car.

Ø  In the police station she was beat her up and assaulted and insulted by more police officers later , she locked up for all night without telling her family and with out of anything he eat or drink.

Ø  During the night the night chief police officer visited her 4 time and again beaten her, if she wanted the beat stopped she must conffess and she conffess that to stop the beat.

Ø  When she went to the IPDF station she stated that and she also stated she did not do that.

Ø  The 2 local police are men and about 30 years old one of them was short and stout (fat), 1,70m round face with mustache , the other one was thin face with short and carlly hair.

Ø  The duty officer requested to bring the 2 local police to the IPDF station and the case was opened.
